Extending his Cambridge Paper ‘Three principles for Christian citizens’, Professor Julian Rivers considers the ways in which recent legal developments express a view of the nature and purpose of law which is anti-Christian. It seeks to explore the deeper causes behind the recent spate of legal problems affecting Christians and considers what the proper response should be.
