How do we move from individually living out Christian values at work to embedding a Christian ethos right in the very heart of our companies? And how do we make sure that ethos really sticks, even in times of change and challenge?

In order to answer those kinds of questions, last year the Jubilee Centre teamed up with Faith in Business (Ridley Hall) and LICC to launch a research project involving eight UK companies – from a range of sectors and different parts of the country – to understand better what makes a company ‘Christian’ and how that distinct Christian ethos is maintained over time.
