A letter from the director
To all friends of Jubilee Centre
I am writing to invite you to celebrate our 30th anniversary with us by making a gift for our current work.
We’re deeply thankful for all that God has done through the Jubilee Centre. From the Keep Sunday Special campaign in 1986 onwards, we have sought to make a difference by connecting biblical research with key issues of social justice and public policy.
We launched successful projects on consumer debt, unemployment, criminal justice and company reform. Some took root and have become charities in their own right. More recently we’ve developed a biblical perspective on capitalism, ageing and now immigration.
Over the years our thinking has led to 15 books, over 80 Cambridge Papers and many research articles. Our landmark ‘Jubilee Manifesto’ captures the big picture of the Bible’s vision for society and translates it into the language of relationships in public life.
The fruit of this is seen in people like you – Christians convinced that our faith should have a transforming impact on wider society. We’ve helped many leaders to think biblically and respond to issues in their lives and work with grace and wisdom.
As we turn 30 in 2013, we’re asking God to strengthen our capacity to equip Christians with the theology, strategy and confidence to work towards biblical social reform. This is our mission.
Could you help us achieve this with a 30th anniversary gift? For example…
• £30 would enable us to fund a participant at one of our four main conferences this year
• £60 would enable us to give away 100 Cambridge Papers to new people interested in our work, and extend the readership
• And good research is both costly and time-consuming, but this is what marks out our work. A donation of £90 would fully fund a morning of research
Please could you send £30, £60 or £90 in thanksgiving for the past and as an investment in Jubilee Centre’s work today?

THANK YOU so much for standing with us in our mission!
Yours in the hope we share in Christ,
