Annual Report 2008-9

The Jubilee Centre has submitted its annual report for the financial year September 2008 - August 2009 to the Charities Commission.
2008/09 was an encouraging year for the Jubilee Centre. Despite operating in an economic climate difficult for many organisations, the charity published two significant new suites of resources, launched one new campaigning initiative, pressed ahead with fresh work in two key new areas, and ended the year with a satisfactory level of reserves, giving confidence for what might be achieved in 2009/10. We also organised a one-day conference and co-sponsored an afternoon seminar in Cambridge, while our staff and associated researchers were involved in leading three international conferences.
